How to Order

If you are interesed in any bosnai or pots, please let us know from order form.
First we will check our stock, then we will send pot and bonsai.
We wrap the pots very carefully.
Please inform us if there are any problems with your order within 3 days of arrival.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the pots to us in their original condition within 3 days of receipt.
In this case you have to pay shipment.
We guarantee that all personal information received will remain confidential.

Of course if you come to our shop directly you can use cash.
Fees

If we send bonsai pots or bonsai trees, you also have to pay shipping fee.

If you pay it by banktransfer, you also have to pay banktransfer fee. It is 3,000 JPY.

We don't directly mail bonsai trees to all countries, for example countries in North or South America and Europe must go through a government approved quarantine procedure. The buyer must select what tree they want to buy, and that tree will then be stored for two or three years under quarantine conditions. For example, maple trees are stored in a special room covered with a fine netting to prevent insect infestation. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask.
